Strikkland offers classic EBM with pop elements along with clever lyrics about everyday life, life and everything in between. They draw inspiration from classic bands like Kraftwerk, DAF and Front 242, but refuse to be limited and embrace the diversity of music. Strikkland is an appreciated live band that has toured extensively around Sweden and Europe with their shows that are dancing, happy, expressive and full of energy to say the least.
The band consists of Henrc Ceder (music and programming) and Henrik Johansson (lyrics and vocals). Strikkland was founded in 2016 and has since then made several digital releases, 2023 saw the release of their debut album Bodypop and this year we have their second full-length album to look forward to.
